Privacy policy

When you request your concept board, we collect the details you enter: your name, WhatsApp number, key-collection timing, and — if you choose to add them — your email address and estate/project.

We also record anonymous usage data (which images you swiped, board ratings, and ad-campaign attribution). This is not linked to your identity and is used only to improve the tool.

To create and deliver your personal concept board, and — with your consent, given at the form — to contact you via WhatsApp, phone call, or email about your board, a free style consult, and related renovation services from The Interior Formula.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your details are processed by the service providers that run this site — Vercel (hosting), Upstash (data store), Google (our lead ledger), Telegram (team notifications), and Resend (email) — some of which store data outside Singapore with protection comparable to the PDPA. Your board page itself contains no personal data and is only reachable by its link.

We use the Meta and TikTok pixels to measure how people find this site. These record standard events (page views, quiz completion, form submission) — not the details you type into the form.

You can withdraw consent, or ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — email studio@interiorformula.com and we’ll act on it promptly. Withdrawing consent simply means we stop contacting you; your board link keeps working.
